To keep the impact of shipments on the environment as low as possible, please try to determine your size as accurately as possible to keep size exchange shipments to a minimum.
If you are unsure about your size, please contact us before placing your order, through our chat, contact form or by email at email@example.com for size advice. Please inspect your order as soon as you have received it and if you have received the wrong product, the product is damaged or has a defect, please inform us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
We accept returns up to 45 days after you have received the product. We only accept returns of FRESHEMP™ Originals jackets that are in the same conditions as you received it, unused, unworn, in the original packaging and with all hang tags attached. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not accept return jackets that have been visibly worn. To request a return, you can login here and request a return or contact us through our chat, contact form or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If your return is accepted, we will instruct you how and where to send your return shipment. If it concerns a size return please inform us of the replacement size you would like to receive. After we have received the return, we will inspect the jacket and assess its condition.
We reserve the right to refuse jackets that are not in brand new condition according to our assessment.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you have the option to exchange the product with a different product, receive a voucher for your next purchase or we can refund the amount on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. For E.U. orders, you can return your FRESHEMP™ Jacket with the DHL return label that comes with your order. For E.U. orders, the shipping of the replacement jacket will also be free of charge.
After this, if you would like to return the replacement jacket as well, the return costs will be paid by you. If you would like to return a jacket that was sent to an outside E.U. destinations, you will have to pay return shipping costs. You will be responsible for claiming back the V.A.T. and import duties that were paid upon import and FRESHEMP™ carries no responsibility for this, nor can
FRESHEMP™ be held responsible for any financial damages incurred by outside E.U. customers who, for any reason, are unable to claim back V.A.T. and import duties for a returned jacket.
