FRESHEMP™ Originals offers a two year limited warranty, starting on the date you receive your order, on construction defects and defects in materials used. This guarantee does not cover damages caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear or by not following our care instructions. We advise dry cleaning only and to never machine wash your jacket. Please note that natural fabrics come with small natural imperfections and unlike polyester, the dyes on natural fabrics do wear off a little bit over time. We will review each warranty claim on a case-by-case basis and we reserve the right to refuse a claim if we have assessed that it does not fall under the warranty. We reserve the right to first offer a suitable solution to solve a warranty issue before replacing a jacket under warranty. For instance, if a jacket can be properly restored by a tailor, we will offer to reimburse the repair costs.
